We have spoken on the phone and we are both taking a leap of faith in the other; he says he will send another laptop out today and I have said that I will remove the original post that outlines the problems I had with him and the claims I am filing. He has also promised to send the laptop out by <span style="font-weight: bold;">courier</span> so it will arrive <span style="font-weight: bold;">EARLY</span> next week. If it does not arrive in a timely fashion I will re-enstate the post and will continue to expose the seller and his bad practices.<br /><br />In the meantime I will make one more leap of faith that he is a man of his word.
